Excel Ability

I have two worksheets. First worksheet is updated with new data every week. Is it possible to automatically update the second worksheet based on the changes done in the first worksheet. Changes could be new lines at random location or column value change.

Example : Supplier provides a details file of all PO data in one worksheet.
Worksheet 2 is prepared based on the first worksheet.
As an when the material is delivered the first worksheet is updated.
Now the second worksheet needs to be updated automatically based on the changes done in first.
Changes could new lines in PO, quantity changes and date changes.
Is this possible in excel.
