I have an excel sheet that calulates values by using/extracting data from other sheets. I want to find a way to make a window that pops up of sorts and for me to change one component that would adjust all the other values. Is that feasible? Would I use Visual Basic for that? Where would I start?

Like say the excel sheets uses a formula where workload depends on cost of labor and budget (among other things); I’d like to be able to change the cost of labor amount and have excel project how the other variables would change.

Is this possible?
