Macro problem with fill in blanks on dates

I was working on a macro to fill in blanks from the above cell in 2 of the columns in the sheet. In one column that just has numbers it works fine but the other column is dates that need to be copied from the above cell. The formating is not transferring down on those and giving me a completely different number.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix the date column in a macro? (needs to be macro as it is a part of a larer macro project)

Example of wat the  format on excel sheet looks like:

company 205           NAME Order Type  06/18/2019
company    NAME Order Type
company    206                   NAME Order Type  06/20/2019
company    NAME Order Type
company    NAME Order Type
company    NAME Order Type
company 208           NAME Order Type  06/22/2019
company    NAME Order Type
company   215            NAME Order Type  06/25/2019
