Iterations only done for some cells, even though the other cells have identical formulas

I’m doing a spread sheet which involves circular references. The iterations function has been enabled to allow the circular references to work. Basically the circular references go between three cells which all depend on eachother. What I am calculating is calculated per hour, so I have this iteration done for each hour. The calculations originally worked for each hour.

I opened this workbook while I had another workbook open where iterations were not enabled. After that the iterations are only being done for some of the rows. I have since restarted both computer and excel, and iterations are enabled. But still only some of the rows are being calculated. I really can’t understand why, as the formulas in each row are the same.

Okay, so I found that if I copy the cells that work over the ones that don’t work it fixes the problem. But I still don’t understand why not all the cells aren’t updated automatically.
