converting trade number to words

I have to convert around 40,000 numerical codes into text and I would really like for a formula to help me out. These are labor codes for example, labor code “05120” means “structural steel”. Is there a way for excel to help me out or am I going to have to spend months converting these manually? Also, I am using excel 2016, not 2010.
