Pick List

Hi. I am looking to see if there is a way we can create a pick list in excel, and also as soon as the pick list option is selected the page layout changes. For example, say I am making a to do checklist for a party and I have 2 pick list options : Pre-Party and Post Party. I wish to create the file in such a way that when I select Pre-Party, a separate checklist comes up, and when I select Post party, another checklist comes.
