Spreadsheet question

I have a spreadsheet that has 3 columns. In column A is a list of 5,000 part numbers not in numerical order or any order. In column B is a larger list of 10,000 part numbers not in numerical order or any order. For each line/part number in column B there is a corresponding line in column C that has a two letter code for Country of Origin that corresponds to the same part number line in column B. There are numerous country codes in column C.

Example:

Column A            Column B         Column C

12123241           23245123            US

I need to sort column B with its corresponding column C to exactly match column A if the part number in column A is found in column B. So, when the part number in column A is found in column B, I need the sort in column B to have the part number in column B along with its two letter country of origin code in column C that corresponds to the sorted line in column B, to exactly match column A.

All of the part numbers in column A may or may not match up with all of the part numbers somewhere in column B. There are many more part numbers in column B but not all of the part numbers in column B will match up with a part number in column A.

My goal is to have column B sorted so the part number in column B with its related country of origin code in column C, exactly match the order of the part numbers in column A if a part number in column A matches a part number in column B.

Is there anyone that can help me with this?
