Automatically adding data

Hi, I have data on sheet 1 ie names and sessions of the week they attend. On separate sheets I have the days of the week, one week day per sheet. Ie sheet 2 Mondays and so on. I want to be able to automatically input data on sheet one and then it transfers to the relevant sheet. Example John attends on Mondays and Fridays. I want his name to appear in sheet 2 and sheet 6 with me just typing his name in sheet one and indicating in columns that he attends on these two days. Can this be done or do I have to manual add his name into each day of the week he attends? Thanks
