I have a database of annual salary costs based on country and post level on one exel tab. There are 2700 rows (based on 18 posts levels across 190 countries).
On another tab, I have two columns with drop-down lists. I want users, who are doing staff planning, to select for each intended position to first select the country, and then in the second column to select the post level.
In a third column, I want data to appear automatically drawing from the large database and conditional on selected values in the two drop down lists.
