Creating an excel formulae with multiple options

I am trying to creeate a spreadsheet which will work out a certain value for myself.

I am trying to figure out how I can do the following:

If (such a cell)= the letter A and (such a cell)= a number between 0-99 then times a value placed in another cell by a percentage in another cell.

So let me explain with the picture below. If the ‘Value’ is 99 and the ‘Letter’ is A then I want it to times the percent which is on the table below (0.14%) by the ‘value’. Obviously there are many differant scenarios that i would like for the spreadsheet to be able to work out, for example, placing 1000 and the letter B in the box and it to work out a total value.

Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason appeared to be
on the internet the simplest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people consider
worries that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side
effect , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more.
