Adding Hours for Tech Support

I am currently having to track the time all my support members are spending on the phone. We are having them submit a form which then in return is submitted to a excel spread sheet. On this sheet i have their Employee ID number, The time they started the call, the time it ended and how long they were on the phone (total time). What i am needing now is a way to find the total amount of time they are spending on the phone for a monthly total. So i need it to search for their ID and then if it matches then add the total time spent together so i get a total time on the phone for the month.

I have 300+ tech support members and really need to find a way to total the time without manually going through it myself
