Converting Excel file to Word document or other

Hi 

I have been sent an excel file that contains freetext answers from an application form – the columns represent each different question, the rows each different applicant. Each box has a lot of text in it, so it is impossible to read in Excel table format. 

How can I convert this into something I can read for each company? My manager has asked me to print out a copy og each ASAP
