Linking two or more sheets

Dear Fellow Excel Users,

I recently started using Excel, about a week ago. We setup a small wholesale business. I did the easy stuff of making the inventory and price list and invoice format on Excel.  

My question is: I would like to enter product code (which is found in the inventory and price list) in the invoice and it should pick up the product description and price (also found in the inventory and price list).  At the same time it should deduct the quantity of the product from the inventory and price list. 

How do I do that? By using MSAccess?
