Everyday I pull up a report indicating when someone took a course for my work. Instead of pulling up in chronological order, the report shows the Day of the week, day of the month, the month, the year and the time they took the course & the report shows up in a random order. The objective of pulling up this report is to see the newest people to take the training. Thus, I have to repaste it into another excel file to find the duplicates. Basically, I am wondering what formulas are there to put dates in chronological order, or to eliminate the unnecessary parts of the data (Weekday & time), and then reorder it? This might not be that articulate but its the best way I can explain it.
