have no idea how to figure out a formula for this, it’s for vacation accrual:
After 60 days employment, you are alloted 3 vacation days. On your 1 year anniversary, you are allotted a prorated number of vacation hours equal to 8.67 hours per month from your one-year anniversary date through Dec 31 of that year (13-8 hr days per calendar year). Example: there are 9 months from March 1 through Dec 31, so on one-year anniversary you are allotted 78.03 hours of vacation.
On Dec 31 each year, vacation balance is reset to zero and the vacation allotment for the new year will be allocated to your accouont in full on Jan 1.
