Employee Sick Day Graph

Hi! Can somebody please tell me what you think the best way to display employee sick days in excel would be.At the moment, I have a list of all 30 employees names in column A. In column B, I have put todays date next to the employees names who are away sick today. Three people are away sick today so the graph I created shows it split into thirds for each of the three employees that are sick today. Not sure if this is the best way to go around this? Any input would be much appreciated! 🙂
