Excel 2010 ‘IF’ Formula trouble

In my highlighted cell I want to say:-

If K25 has the letter G in and M25 has the letter G in and O25 has the letter G in then my highlighted cell would be G.

The answer is:-

=IF(((K25=”G”)*(M25=”G”)*(O25=”G”)),”G”,””)

Although in the same highlighted cell I also want a rule for the letters ‘A’ and ‘R’.

This is my attempt which is wrong:-

=IF(((K25=”G”)*(M25=”G”)*(O25=”G”)),”G”,””)*IF(((K25=”A”)*(M25=”A”)*(O25=”A”)),”A”,””)*IF(((K25=”R”)*(M25=”R”)*(O25=”R”)),”R”,””)

Any help would be amazing! Can it even be done?

Cheers

    Hi

    Try this…

    =IF(AND(K25="G",M25="G",O25="G"),"G",IF(AND(K25="A",M25="A",O25="A"),"A",IF(AND(K25="R",M25="R",O25="R"),"R","")))

    Thanks
